World's easiest mints

Sprinkle sparingly, a few Andes Mint peppermint pieces into a chocolate mold.
Melt white molding chocolate and pour over top.
Freeze for 5 minutes or more then release from mold.

Very simple but tastes great and looks very festive for Christmas.
I think this is my third recipe with Andes mints.  I've become a real fan!
