Peanut Butter Candy

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/4 cups powdered milk
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
Mix all together. You will need to use your hands and get messy. Spread into a 7x11 glass pan and let it set. I like mine more firm, so I refrigerate until 15 minutes before serving.

This is one my kid's favorites. It is a great way to use your food storage. It makes a fabulous family home evening treat.

I believe this recipe hails from the all great state of Idaho. I think my Mom was served this as a child during her school lunch and it became a classic. You could also add chopped peanuts if you wanted some crunch.

  1. This is totally an Idaho recipe. I also ate it at school lunch and it was one of my favorites. My mom used to make it all the time. Thanks for bringing back a memory. I'm going to share it with my kids very soon!

  2. This recipe looks very similar to "peanut butter balls" I'm assuming if you wanted to, you could roll this into several small balls before refrigerating. Makes a good activity for small children who want to "help"
