Mint Chocolate Bark
2 lbs. melting chocolate
1/2 bag
Andes mint pieces
12 drops of peppermint oil
Melt chocolate and Andes mint pieces. Add peppermint oil and stir until all is mixed and creamy.
Pour into a cookie sheet, lined with wax paper.
Cool and break into pieces.
